Srithanu places Varivana Resort Koh Phangan, The Centara Collection on Koh Phangan’s west-coast stretch, known for yoga and wellness venues, sunset-facing views and beaches. The surroundings are green and peaceful, although guest feedback notes that exploring the island generally requires a vehicle. Wat Phu Khao Noi is 200 m away, Wat Am Pha Wan is 450 m away, and Baan Wok Tum is 800 m from the resort. Ao Wok Tum, a nearby coastal bay, is 1.1 km away.
Koh Phangan has no airport, so visitors arrive by boat, usually at Thong Sala Pier. Ferries connect the island with Koh Samui and Donsak on the mainland; from Thong Sala, shared songthaews run towards Srithanu. A hired vehicle gives you more flexibility for reaching separate beaches and inland sights. Free private parking is available at the resort, with a reservation required. Thong Sala is the island’s port town, with a night market, banks and hospitals, and the resort is 2.9 km from its centre.
Hin Kong Beach is 1.1 km away, while Phantip Market in Thong Sala is 2.5 km away. Sunset Low Tide Viewpoint is 1.8 km from the resort, and Phaeng Waterfall lies 2.7 km inland. The west coast from Srithanu towards Haad Yao is the island’s yoga and wellness corridor, with beaches known for swimming and open views across the Gulf. The resort offers snorkelling, diving, hiking, fishing and bicycle rental, and its rooftop pool faces the surrounding scenery.
